Optional consent to marketing

1. Marketing is a separate choice

Agreeing to marketing is not required to create or use a Loonies account. Marketing consent must not be hidden in the general terms or pre-selected.

Necessary service messages about login, security, specific beta access or material changes are not the same as marketing.

2. Proposed consent text

“Yes, Loonies may email me product news, invitations to local activities and information about new areas. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link or info@looniesapp.dk.”

3. Evidence

When implemented, Loonies must be able to document:

• who gave consent,
• the exact wording and version,
• date, time and source,
• selected channels and topics,
• when and how consent was withdrawn.

4. Withdrawal

Withdrawal must be free and at least as easy as giving consent. Future marketing emails must contain a clear unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@looniesapp.dk.

Withdrawal applies to future communications and does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Current status

The landing page does not currently contain an active marketing checkbox. This page defines the requirements for a future implementation and does not mean visitors have already consented.
